On a rainy Saturday morning I joined the morning service in the Abbey Church and spent the remainder of the day resting.
On Sunday morning I joined the 7am Koventamt [“Convention Office”] service then the 9:45am Rosenkranz [“Rosary”] service, closely followed by a special Sankt Christophorus Pontifikalamt mit Fahrzeugsegnung [“Saint Christopher Pontifical Mass with Vehicle Blessing”], which afterwards featured the Bishop, Father Guth, blessing each car and coach’s occupants as they drove out of the Abbey car park.
Later that day, at 5:30pm, I joined the traditional Vespers evening service.
