I took a boat from Deggendorf downstream and eastwards on the beautiful Danube River to the town of Passau.
After the scenic ride I walked around Passau, visiting the impressive Cathedral and two Catholic Churches before visiting an all-vegan Italian restaurant for some very tasty food. Later that evening I visited a Protestant Evangelical-Lutheran Church dedicated to the Apostle Saint Matthew.
The equivalent carbon dioxide (CO₂e) emissions from the boat trip have been offset.
