Route

It seems another blanket of snow had fallen overnight. Visited, and prayed in, each of Newcastle’s three cathedrals on the way through to Gateshead. Also listened to a talented organ player performing a recital in The Church of St. John the Baptist, which was very impressive. While there, donated my gloves to a young man who needed them. He explained that he was an asylum seeker, fleeing a dictatorship in his previous country. We had a brief chat and I wished him well.
