Distance Travelled

Approximately 10½ km (6½ miles)

Route

Snow had fallen overnight! There was a fresh carpet of snow all over the city. From Jesmond walked through Jesmond Dene Park and Heaton Park to Heaton, then met Davey and walked on through Byker. Walked along the Ouse Burn River then Tyne River to the city centre. Visited the cathedrals then walked across to the West End.

Thank you to Davey for joining the pilgrimage for a few hours, buying lunch and being a guide!
