Route
I walked from the suburb of Pismány to the centre of Szentendre. Along the way I visited the Szerb Kereszt [“Serbian Cross”] on the top of Donkey Hill, where there’s a wide view over the town, then went to the nearby Serbian Orthodox Church.
As the clouds gave way to a blue sky I walked beside a side channel of the Danube River that flows by the town, named the Szentendrei-Danu.
