This day was the Biblical Day of Atonement. I fasted for over 24 hours, from the previous sunset until after dusk that evening.

I also walked through the local Stadtpark [“Town Park”] and visited a nearby Evangelical church, where I met some kind people who let me visit the interior of the church.
