Route

A cloudy day and not too cold. Headed south-east from Sedgefield, following public footpaths and tracks through beautiful rolling fields. Visited the old church in the village of Thorpe Thewles then walked along a very straight footpath, that presumably used to contain a single-track trainline, for over 2 miles and into Stockton-on-Tees.
