Today again was blessed with sunshine and blue skies in the middle of winter. Roads, tracks and riverside walks were followed, including through Jesmond Dene park. St. Mary’s Chapel, one of England’s most important pilgrimage sites in mediæval times, was visited and venerated along the way.
